Contribute to EHSTRAFD

EHSTRAFD is built from STR markers allele frequencies and other collateral data, obtained from peer reviewed papers (articles) published in scientific journals, books, websites or presented in different ways at conferences and symposiums. Because it is impossible for our team to access all the areas in which allele frequencies are published, we hope to obtain some of these papers directly from the source...

So, if you are a scientist interested in promoting your own work through a population genetic application such as EHSTRAFD, please follow these steps:

Step 1

Search if your paper has already been included in our database following this link <<SEARCH>>

Step 2

a. If your paper has already been included in EHSTRAFD we can send you an evaluation report, if you send us an e-mail with subject: "EHSTRAFD accreditation" and your paper details (authors, title, journal...) to contact@ehstrafd.org.

b. If your paper is not included in EHSTRAFD submit it online, by going to " Upload your contribution" page or by sending us an e-mail with your contribution and your contact details at contact@ehstrafd.org.

Your paper(s) must:
- be in English;
- be published in peer-review system;
- contains detailed data about populations, geographical location, number and type of biological samples, DNA extraction, PCR, DNA typing, analysis of data and of course... tables with STR allele frequencies.
